Powered by a Core 2 Extreme processor and 4 GB of ram, this system is faster and more powerful than most desktops. When you want to travel, or just go to another room, there are no cables to disconnect, just lift the laptop out of its dock and you’re ready to go. Returning it to your desk is just as easy.

I have tested this system and found nothing wrong. There are some minor scratches and wear marks on the outside, but it is still a very handsome laptop and inside, the keys, touchpad, and buttons show no signs of wear. The display is fully functional with no dead pixels or scratches. The battery also seems to be in good shape. After a full charge, I was able to boot up on battery power only, and after over 1/2 hour with the display on and playing tunes in media player, it still had a 70% charge and over 2 hours remaining.

The sticker on the palm-rest says Windows XP but the COA sticker on the back is for Vista Business. I have formatted the 200GB hard drive and reloaded Vista, with all security updates and service packs. It is an uncluttered install with just the necessary drivers and Windows and ready for you load with other software of your choice. Also included is a Windows Vista reinstall disk and another disk with other software (System drivers, Open Office, free antivirus, PDF reader, etc) for you to install as you choose. About 20 GB of hard drive space has been reserved for system backup. If you ever get a virus or software failure you will be able to restore the system to the same state as when you got it.

I restore and service computers and stand behind what I sell. I offer a 7 day return, you just pay shipping. As this is used equipment, I can’t guarantee hardware after that, but if you pay shipping, I will perform repairs for one year with no charge for labor. The system is loaded, packed, and ready to ship as soon as I receive payment, but if you are willing to wait a day or two, I would be happy to reinstall and customize it for you with other software and other operating systems.
